Who can report

Kablitz employees can report, and so can anyone who deals with us professionally, such as suppliers, customers and job applicants.

Reports are read only by the internal reporting office appointed by Kablitz. It acts independently in this role and is bound to confidentiality. Anyone reporting in good faith must not suffer any disadvantage for it. Knowingly false reports are not protected.

How a report works

1. You choose a topic, describe what happened and send the report.
2. You receive a case number and an access code. Write both down. The code is shown only once and cannot be recovered.
3. The reporting office confirms receipt within 7 days and reports back on the measures taken within 3 months at the latest. You read both in the mailbox below, where you can also answer follow-up questions.

What is stored

• The form does not ask for a name, email address or phone number. We store the topic, your text and the date without the time.
• The website does not store an IP address with the report. To prevent mass submissions, it is used for at most 15 minutes as a value that cannot be traced back, and deleted by the next daily cleanup at the latest.
• Our hosting provider Vercel briefly logs technical access data for operation and security. This data is not linked to reports. If you want to leave no trace at all, report from a private device outside the company network.
• Your text can give you away. Leave out details that only you could know if you want to stay anonymous.

You can also contact an external reporting office directly, above all the Federal External Reporting Office at the Federal Office of Justice.

For certain areas, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the Federal Cartel Office are responsible.
