Do you have very dry and fine fuels available? In this case we can combine the Kablitz grate furnace with an injection furnace or a full-fledged dust burner.
Depending on the requirements, you have the choice between a simple injection of the fuel and special multi-fuel burners in which the dust injection can be combined with fuel oil and/or natural gas. Both variants have their own combustion air and recirculation gas control.
As a rule, solo operation without auxiliary fuel is possible, but a support flame may be required for low calorific values. Depending on the system concept, process requirements or structural conditions, the burners can be installed horizontally or vertically. We supply the entire system – including dust conveying and dosing equipment – from a single source.
